Description
For one of our international clients, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will make sure the functional requirements are complete and well understood. This department builds the Operations Support Systems that support the network business and automate the delivery of the complex customer services. Together with the software engineers you will translate these into the best long-term solution designs to automate the network configuration, service fulfillment and service assurance processes. Your responsibility as a Business Analyst is the early pre-refinement of the requirements with stakeholders and supporting the refinement process of the Scrum teams of the new epics they will develop.About you:
- 7+ years of working experience in the domain of software engineering
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C telecom services such as voice, broadband, Cloud, VPN, SDWAN,
- Business Intelligence and data lake concepts and tools;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- You have strong stakeholder management skills
