SOC Engineer x 2 - DV Cleared - Corsham - £700 - £750 per day
You will join a global IT Consultancy who are delivering digital transformation to the MoD, helping to provide infrastructure and SOC services for an ASH (Azure Stack Hub) Secret private cloud offering.You will use your cloud and security experience to support the operation of the SOC elements of the Private Cloud implementation based on Microsoft Azure Stack Hub (MASH). This work will cover both detailed, build and test of the security functions, especially SOC.
The role will see you:
Work with Senior SOC Engineer to undertake monitoring, analysis and incident resolution activities
Continually Improve the SOC configuration and automation
Support addition of new rules for the product against emerging client scenarios/priorities
Support wider test and assurance activities
Your skills and experience:
Track record in the secure elements of service delivery
Ability to work well in a mixed client team
Ability to quickly pick up new technologies (ie MASH)
Track record in Microsoft Server Technologies
Track record in SIEM/SOAR activities, such as log gathering, Event monitoring, Incident alerting
Information Assurance Principles
Huntsman experience
Public and/or Private Azure
Vulnerability Management Tooling
Security Operations Center
Vulnerability Management(IAVM)
Vulnerability Assessment(IAVA)
