Join our clients dynamic team as a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer and play a key role in ensuring seamless IT services for our public services client based in the heart of Birmingham.

This is a unique opportunity for a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional IT support. As a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing front-line support on the service desk and handling incoming phone calls.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' IT needs are met and that they receive the best possible support.

In this role, you will be working with our external partners to deliver IT services across 30 sites in the UK, including North Wales.

You will assist with the provisioning of hardware and ensure that our clients' IT systems are fully operational.

To excel in this role, you should have

  • Solid 1st/2nd line IT support experience
  • Proficient in Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • The ability to manage mobile devices will be a major plus.

Desirable

  • Citrix

This is a Full time role with working hours from 9 to 5:30 (Mon to Fri). Home working may be considered based on performance and the ability to work independently.
