Job Description for Resources for Process Unity to OneTrust
One Trust demonstrated experience and knowledge:
Working admin level experience on OneTrust and Process Unity platforms at the data and record level.
This senior resource(s) will be fully accountable and responsible for delivering on all design, configuration and implement of all project-related activities/task with minimal supervision.
Process Unity to One Trust Migration experience and knowledge:
Knowledge and capabilities to export data from Process Unity and map to existing supplier and service records in OneTrust.
Create new data records in OneTrust if needed to support migrating historic supplier, service, and assessment details from Process Unity to OneTrust.
Migrating from our current GRC platform Process Unity for managing and conducting questionnaire-based assessments to OneTrust's Vendor Risk Module. This includes migrating current vendor, service, and assessment records into OneTrust and existing process and workflow activities.
- Help migrate existing and/or create any new Business Unit and Supplier assessments questionnaires (including working with OneTrust SME and CISO|SSRM for designing and configuring the scoring model that support inherent risk and residual risk calculations that will be used in the new OneTrust platform.
- Help migrate existing and/or create any new Email Templates (content) and notifications that will be used in the new OneTrust platform.
- Also, create, configure metric reports and dashboards views based on what's current used in Process Unity while leveraging and maximizing new capabilities in OneTrust.
Determine data in-scope for migration to OneTrust
Extract in-scope ProcessUnity data
Define relationships between in-scope data and OneTrust features and attributes
Map data to the appropriate OneTrust migration feature and perform data imports
Validate migration with key stakeholders
