Onsite Team Lead - £150 - £165 Per Day - London (E14) - 12 Month Contract - Inside IR35
My client a global organisation requires an Onsite Team Lead - as the team lead you will support and mentor the team in day-to-day resolution of customer problems ensuring approved processes and solutions are being adhered to and confirming they are familiar with the QM procedures with particular attention paid to IT Security.
- Be responsible for the performance management of individual team members, supported by management for goal setting, interim review and final appraisal meetings.
- Monitoring SNOW (or any other workflow tools) to ensure that Onsite Technicians are performing at the expected level technically and are following the appropriate process with all cases.
- Supervision of the team to ensure that Estate Management and administration duties are completed as a team effort using the appropriate processes.
- Responsible for holding regular team meetings to ensure communications across the local support team are consistent and aligned to the overall strategy.
- Diagnose and resolve IT hardware and software problems, by configuring microcomputers, installing, upgrading and replacing core hardware and software within the specified targets. - although not a technical expert in all fields the team leader will be able to refer to the appropriate Senior Technical Engineer for guidance.
