Our client is a market-leading global consultancy and they are looking for a strong experienced OpenEdge SME developer with at least 10+ years of experience.This is a six-month extendable contract, and can be worked fully remotely.
OpenEdge Software Development Experience - 10+ years
Very strong in Basic progress 4 GL and Hans-on Progress 4GL experience with versions 10.x., 11.7 and 12.2
Must have experience in Appserver, CHUI, GUI, PASOE and multiple technologies would be an advantage
Thorough knowledge of Progress architectures.
Strong knowledge in UNIX shell scripting
Mature design , coding, testing and debugging skills
Strong experience in OpenEdge Database migration and database handling
Experience in AppServer and WebServe setting
Experience in working with functional and technical teams
