SAP Support/Business Systems Manager

Our client are looking for a SAP Support Manager. You will manage a gloabl support team, co-ordinating Global SAP tickets and any issues related to the maintenance of SAP systems.
The role:
- Provide leadership and oversight to the Global SAP Tickets and SAP support team.
- Coordinate and lead resolution of all issues reported with SAP S4/HANA, within designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and provide assistance with ticket closure as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee, in accordance with established data governance protocols, the development and updating of master data within SAP.
Experience/skills required:
- Experience managing time zones to ensure coverage for global users.
- Experience managing a small support team.
- Hands on knowledge of S/4HANA.
- Experience of managing a Global helpdesk using ITIL Principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
