Role Description
Our Client is looking for a consultant who has good knowledge of customer testing as our client want to test different hypotheses for packaging offers and pricing. Competence in concept development and trigger material/prototype. Merit with experience of Conjoint/MaxDiff analysis. Expected to lead customer testing, create concept material and analyze customer feedback - from interviews to packaging/summarization/analysis, so that our client can meet the needs with an offering that is desirabil for the customer and feasibil and viabil for our client consumption.
Requirement
A seasoned CX Strateg/Service Designer/Business Designer that have experience with customer driven development in larger orgnisations with hight complexety. Experience with service design tools and methods as qualitative and quantitative research, analysis, ideation, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management. Can plan and facilitate the process of putting the customer insights into actual offerings. This by for example experience with empathy map, VPC, BMC, MaxDiff Conjoint Analysis.
Language
Good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
