A fast-paced international organisation with a centralising it function in Leeds is recruiting for an IT manager who will be improving the delivery service.
The IT Manager will be responsible for supporting business in delivering a high quality and robust IT Service across the business.
This is mixed technical/delivery focussed IT Manager position with the chosen candidate needing to be have a wide range of IT Infrastructure knowledge.
You will work closely with the wider business providing support and guidance to the team
This role will be very varied from being hands on sometimes when needed in their London office to developing technical design documentation for their IT Services.
The key skills they are wanting is somebody with strong technical experience across M365/Azure (administration), plus Autopilot Endpoint Manager, E5 Licencing etc.
Key Skills/Experience
. Experience in an IT operational management capacity
. Strong technical background, with the ability to challenge technical resources (internal and external suppliers)
. Still be hands on in regards to IT Support/Infrastructure
. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with non technical staff over technical issues
. Experienced in delivering IT operations with externally managed and hosted systems
. Strong M365 Stack experience - Azure AD, Autopilot Endpoint Manager, E5 Licencing etc.
. Cisco Suite/Cisco Meraki knowledge
. Experience in delivering clear and concise service and technical design documentation (ie Technical Design Documents, to represent IT Services
. ITIL Environment Experience (relevant qualifications a plus)
