1st Line Support/Helpdesk Engineer - Bristol - 2-week contract
My customer requires an experienced 1st Line Support/Helpdesk Engineer to join an existing team for an initial 2 week engagement.
Please note this 1st Line Support/Helpdesk Engineer role is Inside IR35 and it will require the Engineer to work fully onsite in Avonmouth.
The business is looking for someone to support users with any email and outlook issues as they are currently going through a migration. You would be required to sit down with users and help with any email related issues.
Primary day to day responsibilities will for the 1st Line Support/Helpdesk Engineer will include:
- Previous experience in a 1st Line Support/Helpdesk Engineer role
- End user support
- Windows 10 - Administration and Support
- Office 365 - Administration and Support
- Outlook - email queries
- Experience supporting a migration project.
- Inside IR35
This 1st Line Support/Helpdesk Engineer role is onsite, 5 days a week for a 2-week engagement.
