Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical leadership expertise to develop enterprise solutions across several business processes, platforms, and environments
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in one or more Insurance market areas such as P&C, Life, Annuities, Group & Retirement
- Spearhead Enterprise transformation journeys for our customers
- Work closely with clients to understand their fundamental business challenges + integration requirements and enable them to transform their business using our experience within Insurance and Technology
- Generate conceptual/logical architectures, system documents and risk assessments
- Oversee recommended designs through implementation
- Define common development processes, platforms, and tools
- Develop roadmaps and implementation strategies for clients
- Review and audit existing solutions, designs, and system architecture
- Advocate for business-focused solution approaches and promote solution best practices amongst peers
- Support the development of assets such as Integration Accelerators and Methodology artifacts to facilitate repeatable, predictable, and efficient implementations
