We desire to aplty appoint qualified and enthusiastic people to a position in the International Medical Research Centre.
Position: Research Laboratory Supervisor
The role: Assist in the administrative and supervisory aspects of the assigned area within the laboratory
Duties:
- Ensures and maintains the laboratory to be in compliance with the laws governing the KSA
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of technical staff
- Assists in the periodic assessment of various methods of research
- Monitors quality control, quality assurance, safety assurance, safety inspection control practices to ensure compliances with internal and external regulations
- Assists in staff management related issues
- Ensures that materials, reagents and supplies are available and participate in tenders related to the assigned area
Education and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology and/or be a Certified Medical Technologist or MSLO with current registration
- Minimum of five years post licensure experience with at least two years in a comparable supervisory level in a major (400+) hospital or laboratory
- English, Arabic and Computer skills
