Qualification:• Completed vocational training in the fields of telecommunications, IT, system electronics
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair in the field condition is (3 years experience)
• Telecommunications Basic technical knowledge (general), Subject-specific knowledge in the field of mobile Ericsson
• Basic knowledge of standard Microsoft applications (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of IP-based network technology
• Experience in the assembly of electronic systems is mandatory
• Medical fitness for work at heights (G41) OHS requirement
• Willingness to work flexible hours and emergency services, night operations and travel activities may feature in the future
• Self confidence, teamwork and good communication skills
• Responsibility and cost consciousness, determination and commitment
• High load capacity
Work description:
o Installation, configuration and commissioning of network elements in fixed and mobile networks (Mobile Access Knowledge mandatory)
o Integration of technology into existing networks and network monitoring systems
o Conducting acceptance tests and other measurement tasks (safe handling of the current measuring technique, E1, STM-n, antenna, fiber optic)
o Fault location and troubleshooting network elements of fixed and mobile networks
o Performing maintenance on network elements and technical infrastructure (eg operating rooms)
o Independent execution of switching jobs, retrofits and conversions by taking advantage of existing tools (eg. B. Cramer)
Language skills
• German is mandatory
• Basic skill in English needed
