Regulatory ComplianceA Regulatory Compliance Professional is required by Tier 1 Bank to assist the Senior Regulatory Audit Manager responsible for the Global Audit Reviews and to act as team leader for individual assignments.
This is a very exciting opportunity to utilise your in depth knowledge of the Regulatory Landscape affecting the banks global business interests .
Your main role will be to discuss and draft regulatory compliance audit findings and formulate solutions with senior management. This requires strong stakeholder management skills so having these will be beneficial to your application. This is a great way to develop a long lasting senior stakeholder network which will allow you to make future career moves with ease. The Regulatory Compliance team work in parallel to the Financial Crime team so there is option of making a move to the Financial Crime team over time should you wish to broaden your experience.
The role will require you will be keep abreast of the changes in regulatory compliance environment that impact the banks governance framework and be required to critically analyse and assess the impact of regulatory compliance audit findings and recommendations on the business model and the future operating environment.
The areas being reviewed from a Regulatory perspective are:
Risk Assessments
Monitoring & Testing
Assurance
RAP (Regulatory Affairs and Policy - experience liaising with the regulator is beneficial)
Operations (Securities transactions and how ensure the controls in place are adequate)
Technology
Treasury
MI & Governance
