I'm currently recruiting for an interim Medical Staffing Specialist to join a prestigious Acute Trust in the Centre of London. You will be responsible for the provision of high quality Medical Staffing services aligned with the divisions in the Trust.Key Skills:
- Must have Medical Staffing experience within an Acute Trust
- Understand of EWTD, job planning, appraisal, revalidation and CEAS
- Experience of assisting and advising managers and medical staff in relation to ER, terms and conditions and policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Medical Staffing service is aligned with the various workstreams/divisions
- Provide appropriate advice on Medical Staffing issues
- Ensure correct application of employment, legislation, policies and procedures are implemented throughout the Trust
This interim assignment will be for a duration of 3 months paying a competitive day rate of £200-£200 DOE.
