IT Portfolio Manager - Professional Services, London £45-50kI am currently working with a Professional Services organisation, who are looking for a an experienced IT Portfolio Manager, to work within the Service Delivery organisation.
The Service Delivery organisation is a key interface between the business and IT,
and is responsible to the business for the delivery and operation of solutions
and services provided by UK IT, in line with agreed business and technology
strategies.
This role is primarily one of oversight of our project service providers to ensure Lite and Non Complex projects are delivered successfully to the business.
The amount of oversight will be defined by a risk management approach which
dictates that the amount of oversight effort applied is appropriate to the Value or risk profile of the project. This decision will be made by the Portfolio Leads.
Essentials for the role include -
- Experience in portfolio management capacity of 15+ projects at one time
- 3rd party vendor management experience
- Experience with working with off-shore teams
- Experience in Waterfall environments
