An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainer/ ERP Trainer/ IT Trainer to join a global organisation with their Business Change Programme.They are implementing Kerridge into all of their offices UK wide (250 + branches in total), and we require 3 Trainers to help us.
The role:
The Trainer will be responsible for delivering the training materials to groups of 7 people at a time.
As the Trainer you will have a minimum 1 year experience delivering training on any ERP system, it does not specifically have to be Kerridge, as well as experience of ERP Implementations.
Experience Required:
- Have a professional training background with a proven track record of successful engagements.
- Experience of working within a project team and previous involvement in training rollouts.
- Have experience of ERP/Sales Order Processing systems and the typical processes involved in a branch network.
- Hold a recognised training qualification.
Desirable:
K8 experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Candidates will need to be open to working UK wide. Your travel costs will be paid from your home location to the site where you will be delivering training, and your accommodation (if needed) will be paid for by the company in advance.
The rate: £ per day (plus time and a half over the weekends)
Contract length: 12 months with a high chance of extension (the programme will last for a further 3 years)

Interviews will be held on the 17th/18th February 2015 in Sheffield.
