JOB Description:-
Support the implementation of a new Loan Origination Platform from a functional perspective.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand the to-be mortgage business aspects / flows / processes that will be supported by the new platform
- Understand the existing organization of front, mid & back office
- Support the project implementation (agile approach using different execution sprints) by resolving functional issues/ questions or by coordinating their resolution
- Support the creation of UAT scenario's (review and document where needed)
- Give input for the training material
- Support & align with other teams (business, ITS, OPS)
Profile:
- Autonomous, Fast learner, Assertive, Communicative, Team Player, Flexible and Result-Oriented
- Good in organizing and facilitating workshops with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in information collection and its analysis
- Quality driven, logical, analytic
Required
- Bachelor or Masters
- > 5 years experience in process analysis / management, facilitating cross-functional problem solving, cross-organisational teams
- Banking and Personal Lending (mortgage process) / Insurance knowledge is an important added value
- Agile experience is considered an advantage
