Implementation Team Leader - 12 Month Contract - PortsmouthContract Role: Implementation Team Leader
Contract Length: 12 Months
Location: Portsmouth
Day Rate: £350-£450 per day depending on experience
Computer Futures are seeking a Team Leader to oversee the day to day management and functionality of an Implementation team tasked with the deployment of IT infrastructure. The Team Leader will be required to motivate the team and manage resources to ensure the timely delivery of projects while providing excellent customer service.
Key Skills, essential requirements & experience:
- Leading employees and coordinating work to ensure day to day priorities and business requirements are met.
- Acting as a point of contact for project teams throughout deployments
- Developing project plans and tracking progress against agreed deadlines
- Front line issue identification and issue reporting, tracking and prioritising issues and identifying solutions where appropriate, escalating decisions appropriately through the Implementation Manager.
- Liaising with external contractors when issues with externally supplied equipment/systems are discovered
- Coordinate and manage the release of new infrastructure
- Carry out on-site testing when required and write any required plans and support documentation
- Maintaining team morale, motivation and ensuring a good work ethic; leading by example.
- Participate in interviews and selection of team members.
- Prepare/submit weekly reports to the Implementation Manager
- Provide guidance and objectives for the team and monitor these objectives as part of the overall company appraisal system.
- Supporting the management of multiple projects concurrently

This role is paying up to £ per day depending on experience.
