My client is currently looking for a Maintenance engineer for a 3 month inital contract to be based in the Hertsfordshire area.The responsibilities will be as follows:-
- Manage installation contractors Mech and Elec, ensuring Risk assessments and method statements are in place.
- Help provide engineering support, when required, to improve plant reliability.
- Experience of Permit to work systems.
- IOSH
- Experience of production plant environment
- Chemical awareness would be a distinct advantage.
- Helping to oversee the implementation of plant modifications
- Help implement changes and modifications to our Chlorine improvement process.
The ideal candidate would be from a Chemical backround or Refinary.
This role will be monday to friday 40 hours a week and will need someone to start a week on Monday.
