A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a globally recognised entertainment company based in Leeds. This role is perfect for someone with experience in a previous role with a huge demand for project deliverable.You will be working alongside a energetic and dynamic team of seasoned IT infrastructure professionals. This role will be to deliver a number of projects to an extremely high standard which will help with the growth and improvement of an already huge IT structure within the company.
Rate: £200-£220
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Leeds
Contract Length: 6 month
Essential Skills:
- Microsoft SA. Wireless, LAN and WAN (Leased lines) networking.
- Antivirus & firewalls.
- Data backup solutions.
- Familiarity with all recent versions of Microsoft Windows & Office (2000/XP/7/8).
- Windows Server 2000/03/08/12. Microsoft Exchange . Citrix PS 4.5.
- VMware (vSphere 4 to 5.5) and Microsoft (Hyper-V ) virtualization systems.
- Dell PowerEdge Servers (including M1000 blade system).
- PowerConnect networking and Equallogic SANs (iSCSI).
- HP Procurve switches, CheckpointUTM and Juniper SSG firewalls.
- It is essential that you have strong implementation skills and a solid background supporting the Infrastructure of a variety of companies.
This is a 6 month contract with a high chance of extension, the rate is £200 - £220 per day depending on experience.
There may be some out of hours work but this is a great opportunity for the right person, and a great chance for future contract work.
