Responsibilities:
- Responsible for IBS solution development and sales
- Identify the important customer and market trend
- Leading the negotiation with customer
- Participation in the IBS technical solution planning, design, quotation, plan delivery?contract negotiation
- Delivery of project (IBS Solution Architecture)
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience on sales development, IBS planning design, system implementation, project management
- Deep understanding RF (GSM / UMTS or LTE) indoor design & optimization area
- Familiar with wireless communication network, wireless indoor industry design standard and criterion
- Knowledge for the wireless main equipment such as BTS, BBU, RRU, Small cells, Repeaters
- Team leading experience
- Sales experience
