My client is very keen to offer the opportunity to a motivational and enthusiastic Medical HR practitioner to work in a busy HR department and manage the Medical Staffing remit.
You will be responsible in directing a band 4 Medical Staffing advisor to ensure the provision of efficient, effective and professional service across the Trust. You will also have to manage the ongoing junior doctor rotations with a large upcoming rotation occurring in April 2015.
Key Skills:
- Must have Medical HR experience
- Experience of monitoring EWTD requirements, junior doctor rotation Medical T&C's, Consultants contracts, job planning
- Experience with job planning systems
- Experience of providing expert advice to senior medical staff/Directors
- Policy development
This role is for 3 months with a potential of extension paying a competitive day rate.
