Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Manager of Site Management to join their business in Sweden.Position Title: Manager of Site Management

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all staff and tasks performed within the Site Management department.
- Corrective pre-planned maintenance on-site for non-service critical equipment .e.g. permanent corrections to civil works faults, fixing broken doors, roofs
- Responsibility for warranty-, authority-, legal- and security- inspections and perform health and safety inspections on site, typical SBA, Systematiskt Brandskydds Arbete
- Preventive Maintenance of sites for both fixed and mobile network, Site Access, Cable Marking, Drive Test, etc.
- Responsible for all KPI:s within the scope and shall set up, follow and optimize the current service process and procedure.
- Make regular business analysis and report to customer.
- Manage subcontractors who will perform the work on site.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years working experience in telecommunication industry
- + 3 years of management experience
- Experience and knowledge about all parts within the scope, e.g. power, cooling, alarm systems, site infrastructure, etc.
- Ability to host presentations at management and executive level
- Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment
