Deputy Director of Nursing - 6 Months, ScotlandI am currently looking for a Deputy Director of Nursing to work within a Trust in Scotland.
This will be an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.
Rate- £500 - £600 (DOE)
Contract Length - 6 months initially
Location - Scotland
Start Date - Late April

Role
- Lead nursing staff to a high level demonstrating professionalism and modelling excellent nursing standards.
- Advise on issues in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Ensure that all nursing practicing standards and implemented and upheld Trust wide
- Attend and advise from a nursing perspective for disciplinary boards
- Advise the Board around all aspects of Nursing care
- Prepare Trust pre Monitor visits and be the key person on the implementation for the action plan.
- Be a lead around Safeguarding for Adults and Children
