Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to jointheir business in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:
Manage the site construction costs for telecommunication projects
Assess and evaluate costs provided by partner
Review Partner Civil & Structural Work Quotes against Detailed Designs, Price Schedule and Guidelines for Unscheduled Items.
Negotiate agreement for items in quotes with Partners, working with team to develop Guidelines for nonscheduled
items
Use spreadsheet tools to generate Customer Order Requests from agreed quotes
Negotiate agreement for items in order requests queried by customer
Following build work negotiate agreed final accounts with partners and customer
Qualification:
RICS or CIOB acreditaion
5 years of experience with the construction
Experience and knowledge of network deployment and delivery projects
Experience of working with bluechip clients
Experience of managing subcontractors
