IT Finance ManagerA major retail bank has a need for a contractor IT Finance Manager to work in the IT project finance team. The IT Finance Manager will primarily be there to support the head of function in developing and delivering financial plans, budgets and forecasts and ensuring these align to strategic goals.
Key Accountabilities
- To act as the source of professional expertise and input into the development of finance policy
- Develop, improve and implement processes to deliver group policy aligned to own area
- Deliver agreed change programmes to achieve continuous improvement
Specialist knowledge
- Strong understanding of core financials of a business across P&L, balance sheet, risk and capital management
- Finance professional level knowledge with IT market awareness and knowledge of the financial services sector
-Strong relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of project accounting principles and techniques
