Change Manager - Banking - Contract - LondonMy client, a tier-1 bank within London, is looking for an experienced, technically minded Change Manager to support the implementation of an end to end delivery of multiple complex digital (Web/Mobile) IT components of projects in the Business Portfolio. The project may require resources from other areas of the business and ultimately, the successful applicant will be responsible for everything, from building relationships with stakeholders and agreeing project milestones, to controlling budgets and managing risks.
The successful applicant will be the primary point of contact for the business and technology stakeholders and will be responsible for the work schedule, liaising with the digital and design teams to prioritise new items and relay this back to the stakeholders.
This role is offering a 6 month rolling contract and a daily rate of up to £600 has been signed off, for the correct applicant (based on experience, Current situation and relevance to this position)
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Proven Project Management experience.
- Strong technical experience - exposure to Testers, Solution Architects, Developers, etc.
- A Financial Services background.
- Agile approach (Ideally Scrum certified)
- Strong team leadership - able to recognise strengths in others (Inter-department), and implement them in the process
- Excellent inter-personal skills - Consultancy experience
