Description
I am currently recruiting for an EC&I design engineer. The client is based in Yorkshire, They specialise in materials handling for the nuclear industry.They are looking to take on an engineer for at least 6 months. The rate is ideally £35 per hour but if you have a nuclear background then this may be a little more flexible.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent hands on EC&I design experience
- A good understanding on Sellafield design regulations and specifications
- Sellafield experience
- A good amount of nuclear experience (ideally 3 years within the last 5 years)
- Calculations experience
- Working with Eplan in the past would be a massive advantage
- Panel layouts experience
- Schematics experience
- Risk assessments
- compliance assessments
- Commissioning experience
You will also be getting involved in client meetings, Testing activities, commissioning activities and post project reviews.
Please note if you have not had nuclear experience but you have had a good amount of power and distribution experience you will still be considered for this role.
