Delivery Lead/Lead Build Engineer-London-6 Weeks Rolling

A great opportunity to get your foot through the door in the public sector, located in London.
They have an urgent requirement for a Delivery Lead to come on board.

The successful candidate will be required to work on this project as well lead a team of 2 people - and must have prior experience of doing this.

Role title:
Delivery Lead - Build and Logistics (Windows7 Refresh)

Role includes:

* Management of 2 build engineers

* Respond to internal build requests by:

o Receiving requests for PC/Server builds from within the programme team
o Prioritising and scheduling build works to meet demand
o Preparing consignments for collection
o Liaison with logistics company
o Meeting agreed deadlines
o Effective communication of issues within the programme team

* Programme stock management (servers, PCs, printers, other):

o Maintaining register of all stock, both issued and in store
o Managing deliveries of stock into storage
o Passing asset lists records to programme data analyst at timely intervals

Driving license and willingness to drive Luton van when required

Experience:
Sound technical background with understanding of Windows PC and Server build processes and methods.

Demonstrable logistical/process driven experience that will translate into this role
