Interim Service Director

My London based NHS Client is looking for a senior operational lead with experience in Mental Health.

Responsible for specialist services the ideal candidate would have covered a variety of areas within Mental Health.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;
  • The operational lead on the executive board for the service
  • Management of a large staff base
  • Ensuring QUIPP and CIP Targets are met
  • Monitoring Performance
  • Effective Stakeholder Engagement Skills


Requirements
  • Experience in a senior position within Mental health
  • Proven experience dealing with clinicians
  • NHS experience
