I'm currently recruiting for an interim Medical HR and Recruitment position for an Acute Trust in Greater London. In this role you will be responsible in providing specialist advice on Medical Workforce matters and support to managers and staff. You will also be leading and developing a team in the management and provision of a comprehensive, high quality medical HR service to the Trust and managing the day to day work of the Medical HR department of the team members .Key Skills:
- Must have experience working in Medical Staffing within an Acute Trust
- Knowledge of Medical Staffing policies, procedures, legislation and terms and conditions
- Understanding of junior doctor rotation and EWTD
- Experience of providing expert advice to Senior Management, Medical Professionals and Clinicians
This position will be for a duration of 3 months with huge potential of extension.
