Description
My client is a large NHS Acute Trust based in London and one of the largest Hospitals in the region. Due to recent re-organisation and an unexpected departure they are now seeking to appoint an interim Cancer Lead / Head of Cancer Services.The successful candidate will be an experienced senior NHS Manager with a strong grasp of all current national and local Cancer targets, have knowledge of Cancer networks and pathways and have strong stakeholder management skills.
Reporting to the newly appointed Director of Operations, the appointed candidates will be responsible for the management of the the Cancer Services function and reviewing all current Cancer processes and procedures to ensure best practice and service improvement.
