Description
Responsibilities in this role will include;- Sales and marketing support leadership 60%, Reception and intern leadership 20%
- Lead a team of sales and marketing administration professionals and the reception team
- Act as responsible person for apprentices
- Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, customer service and administration teams
- Identify areas of improvement for back office procedures
- Manage the grant and contract processes between the company and customers
- Provide relevent statistics to support the sales and marketing teams
- Maintain a marketing orientated website and internal Share Points
What to bring;
- A minimum of 5 years sales and marketing Administration experience in the Life Sciences industry
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong process orientation and experience in managing cross functional processes
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills
- Fluent in German and English, good French Skills
