Description
My client is a large NHS organisation in Essex. Due to their current workload, they are now seeking to appoint an interim HR Advisor to support with the day-to-day operation of the HR department until the post has been filled substantively.To be considered for this post, you will need to have experience working as a HR generalist for an NHS organisation.
You will need to have a good understanding on:
- NHS HR policies and procedures, contracts and Ts & C
- Experience with dealing with employee relation cases and supporting your senior around sickness absence management
This will be a 3 month contract with potential of extension paying a competitive day rate.
