We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company for NIS Site Design Engineer to join their project in Spain.

Position Title: NIS Site Design Engineer
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: March 2015
Duration: 3 months rolling
Location: Spain

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organising and managing all phases of engineering design
- Reviewing all the documentation from partners in order to ensure the quality
- Creating the procedure to guarantee good quality of processes in all projects
- Site survey form, engineering installations guide, defines acceptance protocol, auditory installations and times table procedure
- Offer quality standards appropriate to different project, troubleshooting with the third party equipment
- Create more efficient work process ­ meetings, reports, provide procedure to Partner that shows how to make the installation correctly, according to comply project scope, and customer’s quality specifications
- Prepare training to customer and training to subcontractor
- Understanding and satisfying the clients needs, new solutions to reduce installation time and cost savings, perform procedures to increase efficiency in the partner

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Mandatory knowledge in FTTH delivery project, more than two years
- Proficient in Excel, FTTH database, design of cluster with GIS PNI, Autocad MAP
- University degree in Telecom, Architecture or Engineering (industrial)
- Deep knowledge in structural design and calculation (Visio, Autodesk, Solid Edge)
- Experience in field works, FTTH Deployments and Installations, Telecom Surveys, floor plans
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
