- End-to-end project delivery for IT outsourcing and managed services
- Pre-sales and post-sales delivery
- Customer satisfaction
- Primary point of contact and interface on the CXO level
- Risk Management
- Project Management
- Team Management
- Budget Management
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT outsourcing/managed service project experience in telecommunications
- Preferred recent direct experience at a tier-1 IT organization, such as IBM, Cisco, HP, or Ericsson
- Previous role as Senior Project Manager or Director for ITO or BSS/IT transformation projects
- Rich experience in IT project management
- In depth knowledge of IT and business process outsourcing, methodologies, and processes
- PMP Certified
