Responsibilities
- Establish transformation plan, milestone and deliverables
- Manage transformation team structure and members
- Establish team management process and organization
- Plan and execute project budgets
- Standardize delivery process
- Document the transformation process and conduct knowledge transfer within the operational team
- Manage project profitability
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT outsourcing/managed service project experience in telecommunications
- Preferred recent direct experience at a tier-1 IT organization, such as IBM, Cisco, HP, or Ericsson
- Previous role as a Senior or Director level transformation leader
- Proven experience in large and demanding transformation projects
- Excellent communication skills on the CXO level
- In depth knowledge of IT and business process outsourcing, methodologies, and processes
- PMP Certified
