JOB TITLE: Interim Deputy HR DirectorLOCATION: North
CONTRACT: 6 Months initially
RATE: £500 - £600 per day
START: ASAP
A large University based in the North are currently recruiting for a Deputy HR Director on an interim basis. It is essential the successful candidate has had previous experience in the Higher Education sector.
Reporting into the HR Director you will be able to hit the ground running. You will have had previous experience of managing and running an operational HR team within a University and managing a HR department though a period of change.
Essential experience:
- Organisational Change Issues
- Knowledge of employment law
- Case Management
- Re-Organisations
- Day to day grievances
- Coaching and mentoring a HR team
