We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in India.Position Title: Principal RF Engineer
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: Mid March 2015.

Responsibilities:
- Project Team management - delivery plan, technical solutions, Manage & Evaluation for a team of Senior and RF Engineers.
- Network planning - site parameter planning, LAC planning, frequency planning and neighbor list planning for UMTS/GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WiMAX/EVDO/LTE/CSFB/VOLTE
- Site identifications and evaluations, and analyze site engineering drawings and schematics
- Site survey and site selection
- Network optimization - UMTS/GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WiMAX/EVDO/LTE/CSFB/VOLTE
- Optimization data analysis, Recommend parameters change and perform advanced analysis, KPI monitoring, Mapinfo routes
- Perform the necessary analysis to solve customer problems such as dropped calls and high Handover failures, DT, CQT, traffic congestion analysis
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 5 to 8 years experience of network planning or network optimization, at least 3 years on field experience of Principal Engineer
- 4 years on field experience for UMTS/GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WiMAX/EVDO/LTE/CSFB/VOLTE
- Several RF project experience, also as a team lead
- Have the good concepts of transmission
- Good working knowledge of BSS (Base Station Subsystem) parameters
- Traffic analysis for UMTS/GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WiMAX/EVDO/LTE/CSFB/VOLTE
- Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control.
- Sounds management skills
- Good working knowledge of DT analysis and recommend parameters changes
- Good English communication skill in both written and oral
