I am currently recruiting for an Integration Architect - Websphere Message Broker developer - Integration Team Leader on a contract basis for a client based in the East Midlands. Integration Architect
You will be assisting with a number of large projects, my client is a global organisation who is currently embarking upon a long-term (5+ year) growth plan and are offering long term contracts for the suitable candidates.
You will have:
- At least 5 years experience as an Integration Architect
- Recent and in depth understanding of integration using IBM's WebSphere MQ , WebSphere Message Broker, and ideally DataPower applications
- Proven experience in Messaging and SOA style integration models
- High motivation levels with the ability to deal with complex projects that are likely to be initially poorly defined, and able to liaise well with other IT teams to clarify requirements and agree the overall technical design.
- Role will be to confirm requirements, propose high level design and produce relevant documentation necessary to allow developers to produce low level technical design / build
Integration Team Leader
Essential:
- 5+ years of hands on experience of designing and/or developing integration solutions, ideally using IBM's integration product sets of WebSphere Message Broker and MQ.
- Strong experience of implementing integrations across a number of integration models (e.g. messaging, services/SOA etc.).
- Strong knowledge of integration with SAP (SAP ERP, SAP CRM & SAP BI).
- Strong experience of leading and supervising an Integration team whose key accountabilities support the ones for this role.
- Experienced and comfortable with interacting at all levels across various countries and cultures.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams through various methods including using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting).
- Strong motivational and leadership skills, and experience in managing and developing a team of technical experts in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Sound Project Management skills including experience in solution development approaches and principles including defining requirements, creating specifications and the design, build, test and deploy phases.
- Educated to a degree-level or equivalent in a relevant subject, or equivalent by experience.
