Network Engineer - CCNP/CCIE - CUCM - Cisco - £275/dayOur CISCO Gold Partner are looking for a Network Engineer to work in their Canary Wharf office with occasional travel to Leicester. The contract is working on a 6 month rolling contract with the likelihood to extend up until two years. The role is paying between £275-£290/day for the ideal candidate.
They are looking for the candidate to have excellent Routing and Switching experience with strong installation skills.
Other key skills our client are looking for are:
* Cisco Network design/configuration
o Experience of design and implementing small/medium size L2 and L3 networks
o Experience of network security implementations desirable
o WAN technologies such as MPLS, QoS, Psuedowire desirable
* Cisco Unified Communication Manager version 8.5 and above design and implementation
* Ability to produce high level design and low level design documentation for CUCM 10.0 based on customer requirements.
* Deep understanding CUCM implementation and configuration skills:
o Hunt group and queuing is a must
o Digit manipulation, design of numbering scheme and class of service are a must
o MLPP is an advantage
o Call handling configuration for Emergency services is desirable
o SRST and gateway configuration
o Ability to interface with service providers and third party PABX (E1, SIP, DPNSS)
o Unity Connection integration is desirable
o Voice recording integration is desirable
o SIP trunk configuration and integration
* Knowledge at CCNP Voice and R&S level is a must. CCIE or working toward CCIE is desirable.
