ELECTRICAL COMMISSIONING ENGINEER - 6 MONTHS - WEST WALESRATE: NEGOTIABLE
I am currently on the lookout for an Electrical Commissioning Engineer / Supervisor to based on 3 Wastewater Treatment site working on the Welsh Water Framework on the west coast of Wales.
The role will involve the commissioning, interfacing and setting to work of equipment including Motor Control Centres, Pumping Plant, Process Equipment and Various Instrumentation.
You will take the NICEIC electrical installation testing to C&G 2391 as requested. There is substantial HV and LV upgrade work at the site with numerous aspects of interface between new and existing plant and equipment. PLC and SCADA upgades.
To be considered, you must have:
- Experience managing 3 or more major subcontractors including HV installation, high levels of organisation and excellent Health & Safety awareness standards are required;
- IOSH, CSCS, First Aid, EUSR are essential - SMSTS is desirable;
- LV Authorised Person (Elec AP) - desirable;
- Can take E&I and ICA project through installation, pre-commissioning and actual commissioning of plant.
- Wastewater treatment site commissioning experience.
