An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an E & I supervisor to join a successful team based in Middlesbrough.A permanent position offering a negotiable salary (Based on experience) and excellent career benefits.
The client is an international multi-disciplined design, management and construction company who specialise in providing turnkey projects to the national and international energy sector.
The roles also may include international travel.
You will provide engineering design support to the construction manager for contracts for a wide range of clients. You will be servicing national and international contracts to support the design activities. Travel will be tailored to the individual project and employee's preference.
Duties Include (But not limited to):
- Supervising all sub-contractors as required
- Assess all job H&S requirements and produce Risk Assessments & Method Statements applicable to each individual contract
- To interpret job requirements from drawings and / or other specifications
- Produce accurate data for estimating & tendering purposes from site surveys
- Execute delivery of all electrical and instrumentation works as required, ensuring all jobs are installed to programme, design specification, and in budget
- Liaising with the client on design / scope changes, contract variations & day-to-day progress
- Generate purchase order requests for procuring & expediting all materials & equipment
- Oversee all testing and inspection ensuring compliance Oversee all documentation & handover to satisfaction of client
