Average earnings of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant are as follows:
1st Year OTE: £25,000 - £40,000+ (uncapped Commission Structure)
2nd Year OTE: £40,000 - £70,000+ (uncapped Commission Structure)
3rd Year OTE: £50,000 - £100,000+ (uncapped Commission Structure)
