SAP Change Manager - £500 - £650/day depending on experience - UK with International TravelMy client is one of the world's most successful businesses.It is currently undergoing a major SAP transformation and business process harmonization project.We are looking for an experienced SAP Change Manager with heavyweight experience of working on large scale global implementations.
As SAP Change Manager your responsibilities will be to work with the change and communications teams to manage change readiness throughout the global rollout. You will work closely with Country Managers to accept change, and you will also work closely with the SAP Programme Director.
You will also provide SAP Change Strategy including key audience and issue identification, integration with key training deliverables, a communication plan, stakeholder management approach, and a month by month timeline.
In order to be successful you should have previous experience in SAP Change Management, covering core SAP modules. You should have previous experience working on large scale international rollouts, excellent presentation and communication skills, proven influencing and negotiating skills, and experience of managing 3rd party suppliers.
