My client in the South West of England is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic interim learning and development manager to drive and support the OD team in proving an efficient and effective service for the learning function. You will be responsible in providing an effective training and development function to all staff within the Trust in relation to operational management.Key Skills:
- Must have learning and development experience within an Acute Trust environment
- Knowledge of education frameworks, quality standards and indicator and legal and statutory obligations
- Evidence of seeking to maintain and increase attendance through relevant training programmes, seminars etc
-Experience in guiding and managing teams
This role will be for a duration of 6 months with huge potential of extension paying a competitive day rate.
