Compliance Manager required with experience working in Asset Management, Investment Management, Private Equity and/or Hedge Fund industry.Location based in London paying between £50,000 p/a to £80,000 p/a DOE.
Role details:
A compliance advisory function which is a part of a top tier consultancy that specialise in helping a wide variety of Asset Management, Investment Management, Private Equity and Hedge Fund institutions is seeking a number of compliance managers to join their team to develop their existing and extremely successful operation. The work being conducted by the team is mainly for a range of leading blue chip institutions.
As a member of the team you will be providing high-quality, innovative advice and solutions to the clients facing compliance and risk issues, from specific application of compliance rules to predicting and modelling the impact of future regulation.
If you are currently working within a compliance function for the Asset Management, Investment Management, Private Equity and or Hedge Fund sector and would like to broaden your experience this is an amazing opportunity to do just that.
Preferred - hands on experience working on a minimum of 2 or more of the areas below:
- Knowledge of AIFMD
- UCITS and unregulated products
- CASS / ring fencing
- Regulatory change projects
- Financial Promotions - authorisations to creating new processes/procedures
- Worked on policies and procedures
- Dealing with and implementing change
