I am currently seeking an Information Analyst, who specialises within 18 Weeks, to work in the West Midlands with a key client of mine. They are looking for an interim to come on board for an initial 3-6 month contract!Please Note: This is not an 18 Weeks RTT Validation role, but a Senior Information Analyst specialising on 18 Weeks.
You will be required to:
- Delivering to customer's needs and requirements
- Lead on the analysis and be responsible for working with members of the business to support their data/reporting requirements with focus on 18 weeks RTT.
- The post involves spending a significant amount of time outside of the Information department to work with the Trust/Division(s) to provide support and technical knowledge.
- You will be required to gather user requirements, create mock-up reports/dashboards, sign-off user requirements and then submit the final product.
- You will be responsible for proactively providing high quality accurate, relevant and timely performance management reports and service delivery information to the Trust. These reports will include but are not limited to RTT, waiting lists, data quality and benchmarking, monitoring of Health Standards and inclusion of non-patient performance information (i.e. Quality, Finance and HR metrics).
- You will need to be very familiar and have good working knowledge of patient pathways including rules around the tracking and reporting of 18 week referral to treatment pathways.
- Experience of analysing information in the NHS with evidence of success at producing capacity planning models/statistical analyses that met the trusts' needs.
- Experience of datasets; following datasets (Inpatients, outpatients, and A&E)
- Detailed knowledge around 18 weeks RTT processes, statutory returns, patient pathways and waiting lists
- Experience and appreciation of data quality and improvement
