I am looking for an experienced Mortgage Analyst to join a top bank based in Halifax. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their mortgage business. I apologise in advance if this role is not for you.Responsibilities-
Review key mortgage letter suite to identify where errors exist in documentation and provide options to resolve issues.
Develop good working relationships with a network of stakeholders including those who need to provide input, IT development and testing teams.
Manage own day to day workload, escalating issues in good time to ensure project does not fall behind.
Carry out testing of any changes implemented during the period.
Essential skills:
Good understanding of mortgage sales and regulatory rules.
Ability to build rapport and good working relationships with others outside of own direct team.
Analytical skills; the ability to map letters to processes and data feeds to understand how the letters work and when they are produced.
Excellent written communications skills.
Desirable skills:
A wider knowledge of the mortgage market and the changing regulatory environment.
Previous experience of working in a project environment.
Rates- £ per day
Location- Halifax
